The resort is 2.5 hrs from the Denpasar I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport. We therefore recommend you arrive at least a day or two before Thursday, 7 August to allow plenty of time for you to rest and make it to the resort by 2:00 pm, Thursday. Most of us will be arriving at the hotel a few days in advance to make sure we don't miss the celebrations. Allow for traffic and delays. We will be there from the start of the week.

Our wedding will have a Beach-Formal dress code. We would love to see our guests in formal suits and cocktail dresses, or even fancier if that's your style. Beach-Formal emphasises flowy or relaxed silhouettes, formal suits, lightweight fabrics, and lighter hues. Note the bride will be in white and the groomsman in beige/cream, MOH will be in light pink, so avoid these colours. Guys can wear white shirts etc. No, you don't need to wear a tie! 

This will be a very intimate wedding with limited seating. We have been meticulous with our guestlist. The guests invited will be the names listed on the front of the envelope received.

We want to make sure the night is filled with great memories shared with our loved ones and close friends.       

Two bottles of water are supplied daily free of charge by the resort. All water and ice served is filtered. All food preparation and washing is with filtered water. Please be informed that the tap water is not recommended for drinking.  

The last touches are still being made, so we can't share the detailed menu yet, but there will be a cuisine suited to everyone. We do cater for allergies and special dietary requirements, just inform us in the RSVP form.

For the Welcome Pool Party on Thursday, 7 August, children will be welcome.

However, while we enjoy the company of the children in our life, our Wedding Day will be an adult-only ceremony and reception with the exception if they are our nephews or part of the bridal party.

If you plan to bring children, we ask that arrangements for childcare be made on the Wedding Day. The resort provides babysitting services at an additional cost to the parents. Children 1-3 years old are IDR400,000 per hr and children 4-10 years old are IDR300,000 per hr. All babysitters are English speaking, first aid certified and are experienced. Toys, arts & crafts and games will be provided. To book, let the resort know at the time of booking your rooms you require a babysitter. 

The most valuable gift for us is your presence and we are just so appreciative that you are making the trip to be with us on our special day! We'd love to create long lasting memories and to celebrate together and therefore aren't expecting any gifts.

However, should it make you happier to honour us with a gift, a contribution towards our wishing well will be made available which will go towards our Honeymoon Fund. Please don't bring items as we don't plan to bring anything back. 

Dress for warm weather. Ubud is generally around a top of 27° and a low of 23° in August. Although rain is not common in August, it can be unpredictable. If it is to rain, it normally doesn't last very long.

Expect for strong sun and really warm weather so dress accordingly and pack sunscreen!

Pack swimmers as you're going to want to take a dip in the pool at the resort! 

The wedding ceremony will be undercover, but in open air on the roof top and the wedding reception will be outdoors. Fingers crossed on the weather! There is a backup plan should it decide to rain. 

We have a hired a professional photographer and videographer so you just need to remember to pose for them. You can also take pics, just remember to share them with us too!

You are definitely welcome to stay for as long as you like before and after 7-9 August. We'd be totally down for pre and post kick-ons and can do some activities together if you're keen, but no pressure either way! 

Purchasing a sim card in Bali on arrival is not recommended as they're pretty dodgy. If your mobile phone supports an e-Sim, we recommend you use Holafly which gives you unlimited data for however long you would like. Activate before you leave. 

We'd recommend you exchange a small amount in Australia before you leave and bring AUD cash with you to exchange for IDR as needed. Exchange rates are better in Bali and most shops accept card. Cash is used to pay for transport, tipping and shopping at the local markets. 

You most certainly can! You can book a Pramana Spa treatment while staying at the hotel at your own expense.  As a treat from us, the Jacuzzi will be made available with no charge to guests during our stay. However, alcohol is not permitted and guests must keep quiet at all times to maintain the ambience.
